I guess I'll start the ball rolling by telling you a little about myself. I'm a disabled vet with a 50% disability rating due to psychological problems from experiences in the Marines. It took me 32 years to get my disability rating back. @ least I get a check each month for being nuts. Many of you are certifiable & you aren't getting paid for it. I'm a published poet currently working on a new book called 4 liners. I hope to have enough poetry to get it printed really soon. No comments

A real Texan is an individual who stands out in any crowd. There's just something different about him or her that is instantly noticeable. You can tell there's no bullsh*t on a real texan's part right away. They believe in themselves, & that makes them different from the average american in itself. They aren't going to fall apart because you don't like them folks. They come in all shapes & sizes, from every ethnic group & walk in life. What they have in common is not so much where they live; but what kind of people they are. They are real. No comments

Just an old texas dog nothing special the eye can see but that old texas dog sure means the world to me She'd gladly give her life for me if she needed to That's something my old friend most people wouldn't do So if you abuse my dog you'd best be ready to fight & make sure you pack a lunch cause it could last all night No comments

Being born in texas no more makes you a texan than being born in a barn makes you a bull Two of my gal dogs on a ranch near here have already killed 4 coyotes that came around to cause trouble. My dogs are half pyranees & half coyote or german shepherd one. They're naturally territorial animals, & will die defending their territory against outsiders. A couple found the original two, Patch & Brownie, abandoned in an auto junk yard outside of town. I have scars all over my arms from... One comment
